Wendy Baker is a Fellow of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has worked in Management and Human Resources for more than twenty years in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore. She has worked across organisations such as American Express, JLL, CBRE and Carter Holt Harvey. Wendy is a Chartered Member of Human Resources NZ (HRNZ).

Her experience includes greenfield and transformation projects, strategic HR and business partnering, both client and service provider sides for outsourcing, and acquisitions. Her recent focus has been on SME organisations, early and emerging careers and young talent, the future of work, and board governance.

Since joining Brosnan in 2020, Wendy has played a key role in strengthening organisational capability, leadership development and workforce planning initiatives that support sustainable growth across Australia and New Zealand. Her leadership helps ensure the organisation remains well-positioned to attract top talent, maintain strong cultural foundations and deliver confidence in construction for clients and stakeholders.
