Deborah is our Sydney based Operations Advisor. She is responsible for supporting development and updates of project management systems aligned with our improved Australian capabilities, and improve planning practices to boost site productivity, quality and safety.

She is the ACRA NSW Vice President and is National lead of ACRA’s Advocacy.  Deborah leads the Remedial-Government consultation process, underway since 2021. She has been a member on numerous Government working groups in representing the strata-remedial industry in navigating the impact of the changing legislative landscape.

Deborah’s remedial experience has focused on legislative compliance and quality systems.  She has owned in Strata and been the Treasurer of a large owners’ corporations for ten years. She brings her expertise and passion for people; quality systems; compliance; and representing the common good.
