Dale’s career has included service as a Project Manager, National Operations Manager, and General Manager Operations, before assuming the title of Chief of Risk & Compliance in Operations. Within this role, he plays a pivotal part in aligning each of Brosnan’s regions through cohesive systems and processes.

This diverse background provides a comprehensive understanding of construction delivery from both site and executive perspectives, enabling him to drive consistent standards across complex residential, commercial, remediation and refurbishment projects.
